Incongruent tariff threats, counter-productive mass deportation threats, overwhelmingly executive orders, the malignant “normalization” of foul language, the ill-treatment of the (free/independent) press, and the abhorrent ‘spirit of vengeance’ and political persecution aren’t indicators of a “peaceful and prosperous” path ahead. For the record, this House (also) believes that the majority of Trump’s supporters are people of truly good intentions who believed in his “campaign promises” without checking the “fine print”.
