As a PhD student in Prehistoric Archaeology at the University of Cambridge (UK), I investigated Ice Age stone tool assemblages of Neanderthals and modern humans. I hold an MPhil in Biological Anthropology from Cambridge (UK), an MA in Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology and Journalism from California State University, Fresno, and PUCRS in Brazil. Originally from Porto Alegre, Southern Brazil, I have spent my 30s and 40s engaged in academic research and fieldwork across the US, UK, and France. My career includes journalism and teaching (Adjunct Professor of Anthropology at Napa Valley College, California). I am also the host of a new talk show and the CEO of Havah House Co., where I am committed to fostering multicultural understanding and celebrating our shared human heritage.
